Also, ensure the room temperature is 72 degrees for proper drywall mud setting. If not, a $125 charge will apply while we wait or a $125 reschedule fee if we need to return.

What happens if I miss my scheduled appointment or need to reschedule?

A $125 reschedule fee will apply if you miss your appointment or request a change after scheduling.

How long does a typical drywall repair take?

Most standard repairs are completed within a single day. Larger or more complex jobs may take longer. We’ll provide a time estimate with your detailed estimate.

What types of drywall repairs do you handle?

We handle all types of drywall repairs, including patching holes, fixing cracks, repairing water damage, and matching textures.

How do you ensure my home stays clean during and after the repair?

We mask and tent our working areas to contain dust and debris, protecting all nonworking areas. After completing the job, we clean up thoroughly, leaving your home even cleaner than we found it.

Can you match the existing paint color after the repair?

We can offer painting services to match the existing color as closely as possible. Providing the original paint or a color sample will help achieve the best match.

What if my repair or texture does not match?

If you’re not satisfied with the repair, we’ll make up to two attempts to correct the issue. If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll credit the cost of the texture repair towards a skim coating and retexture of the entire surface.
